Todd J. McNamara Mr. McNamara is with Todd J. McNamara P.C., Denver, Colorado. With 20 years of experience, he specializes in employment law, ERISA, and class actions, typically representing employees. He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and has written and lectured extensively on employment topics.

J. Alfred Southerland Mr. Southerland is with Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., Houston, Texas. He is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1991 and has over 14 years of experience representing employers.
