Howard O. Boltz Howard O. Boltz, Jr. is a former president of both the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and the Federal Bar Association, Los Angeles. He is a member of the Federal Courts Committee of the California State Bar. He has published numerous articles on trial subjects ranging from expert witnesses to settlement strategies for ABA’s Litigation, Los Angeles Lawyer, the Federal Bar Association’s Journal for the Central District of California, and others. Mr. Boltz is a graduate of Harvard Law School, and practices with Bryan Cave in Santa Monica, California.
