John A. Tarantino John A. Tarantino has served as a member of the ABA National Committee on Drunk Driving, currently serves as a Vice Chairman of the ABA Science & Technology Section’s Committee on Scientific Evidence and the Executive Editor of the DWI Journal: Law & Science (Whitaker Newsletters, Inc.). He has also published more than 100 DWI articles, columns and reviews. A popular speaker and lecturer, Mr. Tarantino has conducted DWI defense seminars for the ABA, ATLA, American Law Institute and dozens of state and local bar, criminal defense and trial lawyers associations. From July 1997 until July 1998 Mr. Tarantino served as President of the Rhode Island Bar Association, and he continues to serve on the Bar's Executive Committee. E-mail - jtarantino@apslaw.com
