Peter S. Young Peter S. Young is a leading practitioner and writer in the Social Security field. He is a presenter of the popular Ninth Circuit annual seminar for experienced advocates, frequent lecturer at NOSSCR conferences, webmaster for the NOSSCR internet site, and universally respected by his peers. Peter brings a detailed understanding of SSA programs to his writing. From 1975 to 1981 he worked for the Office of Hearings and Appeals, finishing his SSA career as the Senior Staff Attorney in the OHA western regional office.
