Ralph Wilborn Ralph Wilborn has specialized in Social Security disability law for 14 years. He worked as a staff attorney for the OHA for a year, and he is a frequent speaker at Social Security conferences. Most of his practice over the last decade has been devoted to federal court appeals, and he has been the counsel of record on several significant Social Security disability cases in the Ninth Circuit.
